Krambeer named to the "All- Metro First
Team" 
One
of two Juniors named to the almost exclusively Senior team of 11 players,
Katherine complied 13 goals and 13 assists in regular season play. 
Katherine is an exceptionally talented player noted for her all around skills,
ball handling, and explosive speed.

Summer
2001 
Katherine Krambeer  was
invited to train and play
with the US Women's "National" U-16 team where she competed against various teams
including a victory over Mexico's U-18
team.

August 4th 
                   Did you  know:  Several of the Junior girls on the Osseo Varsity soccer team played during the
summer on the Kickers  U-16 Girls Classic I "State Champs"
team.  The championship game was
played during the cooler morning hours of Saturday August 4, 2001 during the week of record heat.  Most of the players on this team played
on the same field 4 years ago when they took the U12 State Championship.  The kickers defeated Blaine 2-0 for the victory and MN State

                    Nearly all the  Osseo girls team played on ODP, Premier and Classic 1 teams this past summer playing locally, in the USA Cup at the NSC 
                                                          and other tournaments in the US!

was named to the 1985 USA Girls Region II Team.  Congratulations!

Spring
2001 
Katherine Krambeer, a Sophomore at Osseo Senior High, spent a week in March participating in a
very exclusive training camp. She was invited by the United States Soccer Federation to join the
Under 16 Girl’s
National Soccer Team in Chula Vista, California at the ARCO Olympic Training Center. She was one
of only 24 players from around the country to be named to the roster for this prestigious event. The United States Soccer Federation is the National
Governing Body for soccer and falls under the auspices of the United States Olympic Committee. Their mission is to
govern the sport of soccer in the United
States and prepare all ten national teams for domestic and international competitions such as the Olympics, World Cup, US Cup, CONCACAF
Championships
and international friendlies and exchanges.
